With more than thirty years in the Safety profession, Bill is extremely proficient in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) construction safety regulations. His ability to provide up-to-date training for all construction trades and supervision has led to an impeccable career record of zero lost time accidents and injury in practice.

Having established an independent consulting firm in 2003, he is qualified to be a Competent Person on site for final safety compliance oversight and certification. He is dedicated to providing efficient standard operating procedures and training facilities, and keeps scrupulous records. Clients are consistently satisfied, and praise his communications skills and versatility.

Bill has extensive experience with providing as-built drawings and specifications, inspections, and approvals for large-scale infrastructure retrofit operations and new construction.
